INSTRUCTORS
William Jackson is the Owner/Lead Instructor of Gladiator Gunz Training Group LLC. He is a 20-year veteran who spent the majority of his career with the 82nd Airborne Division as an Infantry Medic and CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives) Officer. William has multiple combat deployments to different theaters in support of various units, both international and domestic. Following retirement, he pursued his second Masters at Georgetown University in Disaster and Emergency Management while working the last nine years for the Department of Defense as an Emergency Preparedness & Response Specialist and LE Instructor.
Will's main passion is to equip and prepare his students not only with physical skills, but the mental agility required to perform and utilize the concepts taught in real-world scenarios. Will remains a student of his craft and consistently competes in USPA/IDPA matches. In order to ensure that the course content is of the highest quality and consistently up to date, William consistently trains with other top instructors in many fields including CQB, TCCC, and Threat Assessment. When asked, his friends almost unanimously agreed that Will’s greatest and worst personality trait is modesty. - “Don’t let his laid-back demeanor and big grin fool you. He is probably one of the most educated instructors you will ever meet.”
Will is currently living in Texas with his wife and two kids.

Kim Jenkins
Kim joined the Gladiator Gunz Cadre in 2021.
Professionally she has worked in Financial Services for the past 15 years in various capacities ranging from Retail Banking Operations to Investment Compliance. Presently she serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for a PA-based RIA (Registered Advisor).
As an instructor for Gladiator Gunz Training Group, LLC. Her responsibilities include curriculum development, T&E, class logistics, outreach, and program development.
Kim trains regularly throughout the US with reputable instructors to further her breadth of experience both personally and professionally. She brings a civilian perspective to the group in addition to her years of personal CCW (Concealed Carry Weapon) experience. She finds fulfillment in bridging the gap between men and women training for personal protection.

Kim currently lives in Texas by way of Philadelphia.
Jordon Stephens
Jordon joined the Gladiator Gunz Cadre in 2025.
Jordon is an active-duty Federal Law Enforcement officer with seven years of
service. Over the course of his career, Jordon has specialized in various roles
that require advanced tactical and coordination skills. He has served in the
agency’s "First Responder Unit," where he focused on rifle deployment, and as
part of the "Advanced Law Enforcement Response Team," where he was
trained as an incident support response officer for CBRNE/WMD incidents.
For the past five years, Jordon has served as a Special Agent in the Dignitary
Protection Division, where he has traveled across the U.S. and internationally
to coordinate, implement, and execute security plans for high-level visits and
events. Currently, he is A SGT assigned to the agency's Motor Unit, specializing in
motorcade coordination and operations.
Before embarking on his law enforcement career, Jordon spent seven years
working as a construction safety and OSHA coordinator for an Ohio-based
construction management firm. He holds a B.S. in Communication Business
Organization with a Minor in Sports Management from the University of Akron.
We're excited to bring Jordon onboard, and his focus will be on Law Enforcement Training. His experience and expertise will be value added to GGTG.
